Hajj 2027: Second Installment Deadline Set for 20 October Under Government Scheme

News Cuff

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has set 20 October as the deadline for the collection of the second installment of Hajj dues under the government Hajj scheme for 2027, urging intending pilgrims to deposit their dues within the stipulated time to keep their applications valid.

Officials said designated banks are collecting the second installment across the country, and pilgrims who fail to deposit by the deadline risk cancellation of their booking under the scheme’s rules.

The ministry has advised applicants to verify their payment status through their bank and to keep receipts safe until the completion of the process. Further instructions regarding the remaining dues and the draw, where applicable, will be announced in due course.

The government scheme remains the most used route for Pakistani pilgrims, and the ministry says arrangements for accommodation, transport and other facilities in Saudi Arabia are being finalised in coordination with the relevant authorities.
