Saudi Developers Bring Makkah and Madinah Property Opportunities to a Three-Day Exhibition in Lahore

Lahore: Anyone in Pakistan who has wondered what it would take to own property in Saudi Arabia can ask the developers directly this week. The Saudi-Pakistan Business Council says a three-day Saudi-Pakistan Real Estate Exhibition will run from October 21 to 23 at Lake City in Lahore, with leading Saudi developers presenting residential and investment projects, including opportunities around Makkah and Madinah.
What visitors can expect
“Discover a wide range of residential and investment properties, explore promising opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s growing real estate market, and connect directly with leading Saudi developers,” the council said in its statement. Investors, developers and industry representatives from both countries are expected to attend, showcase projects and look for new avenues of cooperation in a sector both governments have been pushing closer together.
The Vision 2030 backdrop
The exhibition lands in the middle of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 expansion, the programme meant to reduce the Kingdom’s reliance on oil by building out health, education, tourism and real estate. Pakistani firms are already moving into that opening: Karachi-based property technology startup Fortify, founded in 2021, recently incorporated in Saudi Arabia and is preparing to hire locally, building enterprise software for real estate companies as the Kingdom digitises its vast property industry.
